An apartment home incorporates all of the conveniences of apartment living, and adds many "extras" such as attached garages, separate entrances, deluxe appliance packages, fireplaces, and superior amenities. Ridgewood Apartment Homes have design elements which are unparalleled in the Rochester apartment market. In addition, our residents enjoy landscaped grounds and privacy, which have previously been reserved only for the single-family home dweller.

Your monthly rental includes trash collection, basic and standard cable television service, 24-hour monitored intrusion alarm system, 24-hour per day emergency maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, the Community Center, Gazebo and pond.

Your gas and electric bill, as well as your water bill, will vary each month according to your individual usage, time of the year and size of the apartment.

We do! The deluxe, large-capacity, heavy duty Whirlpool® washer and dryer are included in the appliance package at no additional cost to you.

Many of our apartments homes have Heataletor® gas fireplaces for your comfort and enjoyment.

Our lease terms are for one year. We are unable to offer short-term leases or transfer/relocation clauses in our lease agreements.

We do! All apartment homes have custom-tailored mini-blinds deep-seated in the window casings, and vertical blinds on the patio/balcony sliding glass doors. You may use the blinds alone or add the personal touch of your own draperies over the blinds.

Yes! We allow small cats and dogs less than 25 pounds.

Single car garages are available with most of our apartment homes. All garages are attached and include a remote garage door opener. In addition, one car per apartment home is permitted in the parking space in front of your garage. Residents without garages are permitted to park two cars in the general parking areas.

Landscaping has been carefully designed to maximize the appearance and feel of individual home living in each apartment. The landscaping and vast green and wooded areas have design elements which all of our apartment homes enjoy. Your beautiful view is at no extra charge.

To best respect the individuality of our residents, the entire decor is consistent with a neutral theme. Residents may choose their home decorating colors with confidence that their color theme will conform.

There is no application fee required when submitting a rental application. We offer a half month's rent security deposit for qualified applicants. The first month's rent is due at the time you move into your apartment home.

Unfortunately, we do not offer executive or furnished apartment homes at this time.

Absolutely. All ground floor apartments are 100% barrier-free. Each ground floor apartment unit and all public areas, such as the Community center, meet or exceed the Federal Fair Housing Act new construction design criteria and the more stringent American National Standards Institute (ANSI _ 117) New Construction Design Criteria, as published in 1998.

Yes! Ridgewood Apartment Homes offers a 24-hour, 7 days per week, monitored intrusion alarm system in each apartment at no additional cost to the resident.

Absolutely! Our apartment homes have been designed to meet the rising demands of technology for networking capabilities for today's home offices. Each unit includes structured wiring using Cat 5e cabling and multi-line/multi-phone jacks, this provides computer networking and high speed internet access.

Our Community Center is a grand 4,000 sq. ft., state-of -the art facility with lavatories, showers, a fully-equipped exercise facility, 24-hr. business center which includes computer, a copy machine, and fax machine, a Great Room with floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and a kitchen/cafe area. All residents are invited to use the facilities 24 hours, 7 days per week. The 24-hour Business Center in the Community Center provides computers with free RoadRunner® Internet access.
